at the doctors office
Lindsey and I are at the doctors office. I am hungry. Baby is moving around. And its 10 minutes past what time the appointment was scheduled. I'll never understand doctors offices making you wait so long past the time scheduled.
Maybe we will have new pictures of Johnny later.

Bomb Squad
The Bomb Squad came to Calvary today. They closed off the corner of Fairview and MacArthur today because a street sweeper found a pipe looking object in the number 3 lane on southbound side of Fairview. The cops finally evacuated Bill's Burgers across the street, and the entire intersection for one block in each direction. This all started at 12:30 this afternoon.
I walked out there to see what was going on and got to within about 20 feet of the device. The cops finally decided to push people back. One guy from the Bomb Squad got there in his white unmarked Expedition and went and checked it out. He took some pictures, then picked it up and moved it onto the parking lot of Calvary. He then came back and borrowed some pipe wrenches from John Jackson, and tried to open the pipe. Unable to do so he called for another Bomb Squad truck with all the goodies. They pushed us back further and ended up blowing the pipe up.
Obviously it was not an actual explosive. The bomb squad guys think it was a tube that trailer rental people use to keep the registration for the trailer with the trailer. They'll put the papers in the pipe and kind of seal the pipe up and weld the pipe to the trailer. Anyway, seems that it rusted off and fell off.
Pictures later.
